Our new menu creation including great deal "Lunch Special Menu" and Sushi item upgrading have completed; for instance, our horse mackerel (Sabe) is home made, and Sushi shrimp (Ebi) is cooked in the house. We will soon use only fresh Hawaiian tuna for all our tuna menu items.

As of Jan. 7th, I'm back in Temecula, and I have been upgrading and improving all the menu items. We have a largest selection of cold sake from Japan in the area, and you will notice the difference in taste when you have your first bite of our sushi. "Come and Enjoy" our "Oishii" menu.
